Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rs 199 - 30-day action plan

The plan is digital and delivered to your dashboard the moment payment succeeds, so all sales are final and there is no refund for change of mind.

We do refund in full when something went wrong on our side: you were charged twice, money was debited but the plan never appeared, or a technical failure stopped delivery.

Rs 1,499 - consultation booking

Fully refundable any time before your consultation call happens. Once the call has taken place the fee is non-refundable - and it is adjusted against the Rs 16,000 if you continue to 1:1 coaching.

Rs 16,000 - 1:1 coaching

You can end coaching at any time by emailing us. We refund the unused portion of your coaching term on a pro-rata basis, with the Rs 1,499 consultation treated as consumed.

How to request a refund

Email help@liftwithkrish.com from the email you purchased with, including your payment ID and a line on what happened. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Failed payments

If money was debited but the payment failed, banks and Razorpay normally auto-reverse it within 5 to 7 business days. If it has not arrived by then, write to us with the transaction details.
