1. Who we are

LiftWithKrish is a fitness coaching service operated as a sole proprietorship in India. You can reach us any time at help@liftwithkrish.com. By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

A free fitness assessment; a paid 30-day personalised action plan (Rs 199) delivered instantly on your dashboard; and a 1:1 coaching engagement (Rs 16,000, booked with a Rs 1,499 consultation fee). All services are digital and delivered through this website.

3. Not medical advice

Everything here is general fitness and nutrition guidance. We are not doctors, dietitians or a medical service, and nothing on this site is a diagnosis or treatment. Talk to your physician before starting, especially if you have a medical condition, take regular medication, or are pregnant.

If your assessment answers suggest you should see a doctor first, we stop and tell you so instead of selling you a plan. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

4. Eligibility and your account

You must be 18 or older. Your plan is built from your answers, so they need to be honest and accurate. Login is by a one-time code to your email - keep that inbox secure, it is your key.

5. Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Fair use

Your plan is licensed to you personally. Do not resell, republish or share plan content commercially. All content on this site - plans, text, structure, methodology - belongs to LiftWithKrish.

7. Results

Results depend on your consistency and your body. We promise honest, evidence-based guidance - we do not and cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

8. Liability

You exercise at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Suspension

We may block access for abuse, fraud or harassment. Any amounts owed or refundable are still handled per the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the courts at our principal place of business in India.
